Our Landmark Townhouse
Our picturesque townhouse dates from the 19th century. It is a classic New York brownstone, located in the Upper West Side Historic District.
Behind of an ornate Art Nouveau facade, lots of original period details - a hand carved staircase, high ceilings, tall windows & doors, fireplaces, wood paneling, exposed brick walls, stained glass windows, hand made mosaics, parquet floors, etc.
All electrical & plumbing were recently renovated.
There is no elevator. The apartments are located just
one flight up or down the stairs.
A native New Yorker, Larry is an actor & director, currently working in theatrical & film productions in NYC.
He is also a musician - his well played piano contributes to the charming character of the building.
Monica is from Brazil and grew up in Rio de Janeiro. She developed her passion for Hospitality, while managing a Bed & Breakfast at her own place & working for a major 5 star hotel. She still finds NYC an everyday exciting discovery.
We live in the townhouse and will be here to assure you that you will have a comfortable & delightful stay in New York City.
